For one day only, Orion brings the spirit of Mendoza to Wimbledon. Alex Webb is teaming up with Catena Zapata, the winery that put Argentine Malbec on the map, and the head chef of their Michelin-starred restaurant on the estate, Angélica Cocina Maestra. Together they’ve built a one-off menu, course by course, each paired with a Choice of Catena wines.

Expect grilled oysters with crispy chorizo, lobster and prawn empanada, and the centrepiece, Orion Meets Argentina: British short rib and Argentinian rib-eye, both cooked over the Green Egg, smoked and carved at your table. It ends the way every Argentine meal should, with flan and dulce de leche alfajores. Book early, this is one day only.
